What Happens

What a Group Training Session Looks Like

Every class is planned, programmed, and coached by Ben Bertram — not played on a screen, not pulled from a random workout app. Each 60-minute session:

Warm-Up (10 min)

Dynamic mobility and muscle activation, coached throughout.

Strength Block (20–25 min)

Primary strength movement — squats, deadlifts, presses, or pulls. Scaled to your level.

Conditioning (10–15 min)

Sled pushes, rowing, kettlebells, or bodyweight circuits. Varied and challenging.

4
Cool-Down (5 min)

Stretching and mobility. Ben checks in on how you’re feeling.
